You will be working in a caring home environment with the wider team under the leadership of the Registered Manager, nurturing, and supporting the young people providing them with all the care, love, and support that they would receive as if it was their family home.
Our service based in Heaton Moor works with young people who present with inappropriate or harmful sexual behaviour. You will become part of a team that works in a therapeutic and nurturing environment focusing on a child centered approach. You will support safe social integration and offer a non-judgmental attitude to your daily work. Our specialist teams within these homes have an outstanding track record in achieving longstanding positive outcomes for these young people.
As all of our Children’s Residential Services are Ofsted regulated you must be over the age of 22 years to work in Children’s Residential Services.
Location – Heaton Moor, Stockport
Hours - 37.5 hours per week
Salary - £24,700 (£12.67ph)
Weekend Shifts paid at 25% extra per hour (£15.83ph)
Sleep in shifts paid at £100.80 per sleep
