Job Description:

Do you want to make a difference to a child’s life? Then become a highly valued Children's Residential Support Worker and start a truly rewarding career!

Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). We operate a 365-day service due to the nature of our work. Rota schedules are provided in advance.

Pay rate: £31,917 to £32,540 per annum* (depending on qualification), with opportunities for overtime at an enhanced rate. Esland is committed to improving children’s lives by providing exceptional specialist services.

What we are looking for:

We seek nurturing and supportive individuals who can deliver outstanding childcare and help our young people achieve remarkable outcomes. Our Warrington home is a smaller, therapeutic placement setting where the team assists young people with domestic needs, education, social skills, and engaging activities and excursions.

• Experience in a children's residential care home (desirable)
• A Level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
• A full UK driving license (essential)
• Right to work in the UK with no restrictions (essential)
• Values aligned with Esland’s, such as a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare (essential)
• Applicants must be aged 21 or above (essential)
