We’re urgently looking for compassionate, experienced Support Workers or Carers to join a dedicated team at a Children’s Residential Home in Redruth. This full-time role is focused on providing consistent, high-quality care for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.

As part of an established, welcoming team, you’ll play a vital role in the daily lives of young residents with a range of needs. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for a permanent role for the right individual.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from candidates who:

  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Have experience supporting children or vulnerable adults in care or educational settings
  • Have completed training in moving and handling
  • Can commit to full-time hours on an ongoing basis
