An exciting opportunity has arisen based in our children’s homes for Residential Support Workers! We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the desire to help children and young people, by making a positive difference to their lives.

We offer full-time and bank contracts.

We offer a basic salary of £11.59 to £12.23 per hour, plus sleep-in payments (based on 8-10 sleep-ins per month) of £30.00 per sleep-in.

You will receive a monthly rota.

This is a 24/7 job, including Christmas, New Year, and all holidays, but it is even more rewarding when you celebrate with the children!
The shifts consist of long hours and sleep-ins (which are essential), and the hours differ depending on the home you are based in.
You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations.
Driving is essential due to locations of the homes.
No experience needed.
