Do you want to make a difference to a child’s life? Then become a highly valued Children's Residential Support Worker and start a truly rewarding career!

Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas given in advance.

Pay rate: £31,917 to £32,540 per annum* (depending on qualification) with opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.

We seek nurturing, supportive individuals who can provide outstanding childcare and help our young people achieve great outcomes. Our Warrington home offers a smaller, therapeutic setting for young people requiring specialized placements. Our team supports their needs across domestic care, education, social skills, and engaging activities.

*Estimated salary based on £12.60 to £12.90 per hour for days, plus sleep nights at £60 each, effective from 1st April 2025.

Requirements:
  • Experience in residential care (desirable)
  • Level 3+ diploma in residential childcare (desirable)
  • UK driving license (essential)
  • Right to work in the UK (essential)
  • Values aligned with Esland, such as a therapeutic, person-centred approach (essential)
  • Age 21 or above (industry regulation)
