Residential Support Worker

Ashberry Recruitment represents hundreds of experienced Residential Support Workers across the North for casual, ad-hoc and temporary work with our specialist social care clients. We are keen to identify new staff to supplement our current team of amazing support workers and are particularly interested in candidates who wish to work on this basis, with young people residing in the care system across the Midlands area.

Requirements

• Experience of working within a children's home and/or leaving care environment
• An NVQ3 Residential Child Care qualification would be advantageous but isn't essential
• Dependable, reliable and committed, able to be available at short notice, across 7 days including weekends, days, evenings, nights & sleeps
• Ideally with own transport; business insurance is desirable
