An exciting opportunity has arisen in our children’s homes for Residential Support Workers! We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who want to make a positive difference in children and young people's lives.

Benefits include:

  • Full-time and bank contracts
  • Basic pay of £11.92 to £12.54 per hour, plus sleep-in payments (based on 8-10 sleep ins per month)
  • Paid annual leave
  • Monthly rota
  • Work during holidays including Christmas and New Year, celebrating with children!
  • Flexible shifts with sleep ins (depending on the home)
  • Must be 21 or older due to Ofsted regulations
  • No experience needed
