Children's Residential Home Manager

If so, this is an exciting opportunity for you to join us and be involved in setting up and managing a small residential home for children, as we seek to expand this service in Monmouthshire.
We are looking for a passionate and creative Home Manager with proven experience and expertise in residential settings, who possesses strong organisational skills, and a commitment to working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
The role will involve setting up and managing the Home(s) creating a safe, nurturing and enriching environment for Young People/Children. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring that our children have safe homes and access to the best possible education, health and leisure opportunities.
As a registered Manager you will be instrumental in creating an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 37 hours a week including shift and on call. As a registered manager, you will be required to be registered with Social Care Wales.
Location: TY TUDOR CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL, Monmouth, NP25 3HE, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
