Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Manchester. You will be responsible for day-to-day management, safeguarding and ensuring regulatory compliance to deliver outstanding care.

The role requires proven experience in children’s residential care, strong Ofsted knowledge and exemplary safeguarding. You will lead staff, collaborate with families and external agencies, and drive recording and quality assurance to create a nurturing

REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL HOME

Manchester | Full-Time | Permanent | Urgent Start Available Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity within children’s residential care? We’re working with a well-established children’s care provider who is looking for a strong, experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and positive environment for children , while providing strong leadership to the staff team.

THE ROLE

As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are maintained.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, supporting and developing the staff team
• Ensuring children receive outstanding, individualised care
• Maintaining strong safeguarding practices
• Ensuring the home operates in line with Ofsted and regulatory requirements
• Managing staff performance, supervision and development
• Working closely with children, families, professionals and external agencies
• Maintaining excellent standards of recording, documentation and compliance
• Creating a warm, stable and nurturing home where children can thrive

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
