Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a Night Team Leader for Clover Farm in Friesthorpe, Lincolnshire to support residents with complex needs.

You will lead night duties, assist with daily living activities, and accompany service users on community trips, while ensuring safety and dignity at all times.

Our Children Residential Home is looking for a Night Team Leader to join our team at Clover Farm in Friesthorpe, Lincolnshire


We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Night Team Leader to join our team. As a Night Team Leader, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.


We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.


Starting rates are £15.34 and for those with experience it’s £17.47


Level 1 - £15.34, Level 2 - £16.37, Level 3 £17.47
