Job Description:

As we celebrate our successful opening of our 2nd home at Merida, we are now looking at the 3rd home. An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Newmarket-based children’s homes for Residential Support Workers! We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the desire to help children and young people, making a positive difference to their lives.

We offer full-time and bank contracts, with an hourly rate of £11.92 for day shifts (8am-8:30pm) and £14.17 for night shifts (8pm-8:30am). Paid annual leave is provided. Higher rates are available for Team Leader and Deputy Manager positions. You will receive a monthly rota. This role involves working a day a year, including Christmas, New Year, and holidays, with long hours and sleep-ins, depending on the home location. Candidates must be 21 or older due to Ofsted regulations. Driving is essential due to the locations of the homes. No experience is needed.
