Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners to join our team at Clann Dion, Rand near Lincoln. You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live independent lives and accompanying them on community trips.

You will work in a compassionate team, with training and development opportunities, and the chance to progress as pay scales increase with competency and experience. A company vehicle is provided for approved transport.

Job description

Our Childrens residential home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Clann Dion, in Rand near Lincoln

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are effective from 1st September 2026:
