Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for Clann Dion, Rand near Lincoln, to support individuals with severe learning disabilities in daily living and community activities.
You will contribute to helping residents live more independent lives, working as part of a compassionate team with training opportunities and progression pathways.
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rates are effective from 1st September 2026:
