A healthcare organization in Grimsby is looking for a band 6 community nurse to join their children's hospital at home team. The role includes leading the team, providing clinical support, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Ideal candidates will have experience as a paediatric community nurse and the ability to work flexible hours. This role offers a supportive work environment focusing on health and wellbeing.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 to join our new children's hospital at home community team service at Grimsby. The post holder may be required to work in Scunthorpe. The post holder must be an enthusiastic and positive individual, with a can do attitude and demonstrate experience as a paediatric community nurse.
