We're on the lookout for a passionate and ambitious Children's Home Manager to lead a recently renovated 2-bed EBD residential home in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role that's not just about managing a home - but helping shape the future of a growing care group.

About the Role:

You'll be leading a beautifully refurbished home that's ready to open its doors to two young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You'll have full autonomy to build your team, establish the culture, and drive the home forward in line with Ofsted regulations and best practice.
