What you’ll do
Join us as a Complex Care Assistant and enhance your skills with full training and clinical support in areas like tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You’ll care for individuals of all ages with complex needs such as spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries, often in their homes. Each day brings new challenges, including supporting a young child with epilepsy through seizure management, personal care, and overnight observations—making a real difference while growing your expertise.
Qualifications
You don’t need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. You’ll receive full training and ongoing clinical support to develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care - and much more.
