Complete Care Amegreen (CCA), part of CCH, is recruiting a Complex Care Assistant to support a young client at home in Brackley. The role involves compassionate, person-centred care for a child with epilepsy, including seizure management and overnight observations.

Car owner with driving licence is required. Free DBS check, full training, and paid induction are provided. Clear progression into senior and leadership roles is available within the family‑centred care team.

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Shifts: Waking nights | 9:30 pm - 7:30 am | 2 shifts per week

Driver required: Due to the location, a driver is required for this role.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant with experience working with children to support a young client who lives at home with their mum and dad. The client has epilepsy and experiences seizures, so experience in managing these conditions is desirable. This role requires patience, understanding and excellent communication skills to provide high‑quality, person‑centred care within a supportive family environment.

The key tasks with this role include

• Personal care
• Seizure management
• Observations through the night

Qualifications

You don’t need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. Experience with children would be beneficial.
