Join Our Children's Physiotherapy Team at Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust

We are offering an exciting 'community only' opportunity to join our dedicated Children’s Physiotherapy Team. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Band 5 Physiotherapist interested in working with children, or a Band 6 Physiotherapist with experience in paediatric care.

Our team provides specialist assessments and interventions to help babies, children, and young people (CYP) with physical difficulties reach their full potential. We work in the community with children who have neurological, developmental, musculoskeletal, and orthopaedic conditions, often with complex medical needs. Our focus is on enhancing CYP's physical abilities within their daily activities at home and school, preparing them for independence and transition into adult life.

Candidate Requirements
  • Confident, autonomous practitioner

  • Flexible problem-solving approach
  • Good clinical reasoning skills
  • Efficient in time and people management
Opportunities for Professional Development

Role Details

This community-based role does not involve inpatient or on-call duties. We operate Monday to Friday, providing a supportive environment for professional growth. You will have the chance to work with a multidisciplinary team, attend in-service training, and develop your skills with a rewarding caseload that makes a real difference in children's lives.
