£34,000 - £39,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance (£4,887.50)
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

About the role:
As a Children's Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality, one-to-one care in the comfort of each child's home - making a real difference in their lives and yours. This is more than just a nursing role; it's a chance to build meaningful relationships, provide holistic support, and empower families through personalised care. You'll be part of a passionate and ambitious team, helping children with a range of conditions including juvenile arthritis, Crohn's disease, psoriasis, and growth hormone therapy.
This role is based in Rochester, with travel across the region. Hybrid working patterns are available, and you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own schedule while maintaining clinical excellence.
