What we are looking for:
The Willows is a two-bed, Ofsted registered children's home providing immediate intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic support. Over a 12-week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilization in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education, and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.
We would love to hear from candidates that have experience in children's residential care, mental health care, special education, and/or young adult support work!
