The role involves supporting young care leavers by addressing their health, education, and daily needs. Children & Young People’s Practitioners, Children’s Home
Location: Working from this organisation's Children’s Home in SW8 (Zone 2)
Salary: £26,400 plus £1,500 in bonuses, rising to £29,000 pa + benefits
Hours: Full-time (36 hrs pw), shift work including weekends

Our client, an organisation committed to helping young people in care, is passionate about learning and development and committed to providing an outstanding experience for all staff. They will enrol you on a Diploma programme as soon as practicable and provide the time, support, and incentives to succeed.
Do you have?
You will lead on plans to support their health, education, social, and daily needs, along with a focus on promoting sports, culture, and arts (SCAs). This is a vital role in helping young care leavers thrive and reach their potential.
Please note that only women are eligible to apply for the Residential Practitioner position at their all-female unit, under Section 7(2) (b) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975.
