About the team

This team works directly with children, young people, and their families who have a permanent disability or a life-limiting illness. They provide counseling, advice, and support, as well as making alternative care plans such as family placement, respite, and specialist placement.

About you

The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience in Children's Social Work. Experience within Looked After Children or Duty and Assessments is advantageous. A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and registration with Social Work England are required.
