As a Children with Additional Needs Coordinator, you'll play a central role in coordinating the Early Help support available to children and families who are facing challenges and need additional assistance. Working closely with schools, health professionals and other partner agencies, you'll coordinate and chair assessment, planning and review meetings, helping to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.
Joining a small, professional and supportive team of Coordinators, you'll benefit from a wealth of shared knowledge and experience while contributing your own ideas to the ongoing development of the Early Help System.
