Job description

Prospero Health and Social Care supports Children and Young Adults in unregistered settings and bespoke crisis intervention placements. We are actively seeking experienced support staff for our ever-expanding organisation in Swansea and surrounding areas.

We have excellent part time and full time opportunities on an agency basis for Support/senior workers to join our team. Everyday is different and you will face new challenges, we need staff members with a can-do attitude, that are willing to go above and beyond for the children in their care to better their lives, promoting independence, being a role model and achieving a successful home environment for them to live , in line with local authority care plan.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time



Part-time hours: 48 per week


Day range:

  • Some weekends
  • Monday to Friday

Physical setting:

  • Residential home
  • Sheltered housing

Shift:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Swansea: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Childcare: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Clean Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
