Join Our Team as a Therapeutic Support Worker - Make a Real Difference in Young People's Lives!

Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential? We're looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to become Therapeutic Support Workers and join our dynamic Social Care team.

Location: Horsham/Guildford
Pay: 14 - 28 per hour
Hours:

• 4 shifts on, 3 shifts off
• Shifts: 07:00-15:00, 14:30-23:00, 07:00-23:00 (Sleep-In), 07:00
• Waking night shifts available: 22:00-09:00 on a 4 on, 3 off pattern
  Contracts: Flexible options
• Part-time (20 hours)
• Full-time (30 hours, 40 hours)

• Valid Driver's License: Due to the rural locations of our homes, having a full driver's license is essential.
