Social Worker - Localities Team Cardiff Council
Salary: 39,513 - 43,693

Join Cardiff Council's Localities Team as a permanent Social Worker and help deliver community-based support for children and families. This role involves direct engagement and intervention to promote safety and wellbeing in the local area.

About the Role:

  • Provide front-line social work assessments and interventions

  • Support children and families through care planning and reviews

  • Work collaboratively with community and multi-agency partners

  • Keep detailed records in compliance with policies and legislation

  • Attend supervision and participate in professional development

What We're Looking For:

  • Social Work Degree or equivalent relevant qualification

  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience working with children and families in the UK

  • Registered with Social Care Wales

  • Current Enhanced DBS
