Social Worker - Child Health & Disabilities Team Cardiff Council
Salary: 35,235 - 39,513

Cardiff Council is looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join the Child Health & Disabilities Team on a permanent basis. This role focuses on supporting children with additional needs and disabilities, ensuring they and their families receive the right support at the right time.

About the Role:

  • Provide social work services for children with health and disability needs

  • Undertake assessments, develop care plans, and review progress

  • Collaborate with health, education, and social care partners

  • Maintain accurate case records and follow safeguarding procedures

  • Engage in supervision and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For:

  • Social Work Degree or equivalent relevant qualification

  • 2+ years post-qualifying experience in children and families work

  • Registered with Social Care Wales

  • Up-to-date Enhanced DBS
