Are you looking for a new challenge within a dynamic Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service that is currently transforming its Getting Help offer?, The role is pivotal to enhancing accessibility to the Getting Help Targeted pathway in CAMHS by delivering low-intensity psychological interventions for mild to moderate low mood and anxiety disorders. You will be expected to undertake mental health assessments of children, involving families and carers where required. This will include completing risk assessments, care plans, and GP letters, as well as liaising with other agencies such as social care and schools. You will provide one-to-one, CBT-informed, evidence-based interventions to children and their families, both remotely and face to face across a range of community bases. There will also be opportunities to deliver CBT-informed group interventions.
This role will require you to travel between community locations, you must therefore be comfortable and able to travel freely within the hours of the role. The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.
