Job summary

Caritas Recruitment Limited is seeking a qualified social worker to join our Children’s Social Work team in Wiltshire, focusing on Looked After Children (LAC) and Children in Care (CIC). You will work with children, families and stakeholders to secure positive outcomes for those in our care.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, build relationships, provide support, and participate in multi-agency safeguarding meetings.

Qualifications

• Recognized social work qualification and registration.
• Experience with children and families, especially LAC/CIC.
• Strong assessment and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with compassion.

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working with children and families, particularly in a LAC/CIC context.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with children.
