Job summary

Paragon Social Care is seeking compassionate Children's Support Workers to help vulnerable young people in local authority care. You will provide trauma-informed care, build trust, and support daily routines to create safe, stable environments during transitions.

We offer extensive training, flexible patterns, and opportunities for progression. A driving licence and willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS are required to join the team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary).
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
• Flexibility to work waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins.
• A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
