On offer is a fully funded, industry-accredited training programme which provides excellent specialist training in managing behaviours and the opportunity to complete a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare. This role offers clear progression pathways from Support Worker into managerial roles.

This is a role working with one of the most reputable care providers in the area, offering ongoing training and support to ensure your success in the role.

Please note, this role includes working on weekends, sleepovers, mornings, and evenings, so flexibility is required.

Responsibilities of the Residential Worker:

  • Experience working as a Support Worker in similar settings (including SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, children's social care - desirable as full training is provided)
