Qualifications

  • At least 12 months of post-qualification experience in a children’s or young adult setting.
  • Knowledge of EBD, SEMH, CSE, or SEN/SEND.
  • Clear enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

  • Support and safeguard children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.
  • Manage complex behaviours and assist with educational development.
  • Promote independence and provide personal care.

Responsibilities

Your daily tasks may include supporting and safeguarding children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour, managing complex behaviours, crisis intervention, assisting with educational development, personal care, and promoting independence.

Requirements
  • Over 21 years old and eligible to work in the UK.
  • At least 12 months of post-qualification experience in a children’s or young adult setting.
  • Knowledge of EBD, SEMH, CSE, or SEN/SEND.
  • Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (desirable).
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Clear enhanced DBS (application upon registration).
