Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We are seeking a Children's Support Worker for our young client in Tresillian (village outside of Truro).

Working Hours:

• 2 evenings a week (4pm-8pm) - days include Mon / Wed / Thurs / Fri
• Sundays (11am-5pm)
• 14 hours a week, with potential for more as the package may increase
• Hours are for term time and may differ slightly during school holidays

Role Description:

This role involves supporting our new 16-year-old client with complex health needs during evenings and weekends in her family home.

Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.

Note: Drivers are required to operate the client's vehicle, so a full UK drivers licence is essential.
