  • Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
  • Mental health needs
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Responsibilities
  • Providing 1:1 or group support tailored to individual care plans
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Promoting independence, emotional well-being, and social development
  • Supporting with daily routines, personal care, and structured activities
  • Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies

  • Has experience or a strong interest in working with children with complex needs
  • Is calm, patient, and resilient in challenging situations
  • Understands the importance of safeguarding and child protection
  • Is a great communicator and a team player
