Job Details:
- Children's Residential Support Worker
- Joining a brand new children's home, that is due to open in June 2025
- The home will support up to 3 children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- As a Support Worker you will offer OFSTED standard support to all children within the service
- You will work to provide positive outcomes to all children
- Work alongside seniors, deputies and the manager of the home
- Manage, update and follow care plans
- The home is based in St Helens
Contract Details:
- 160 hours a month, likely to be 1 on 2 off shift pattern (TBC)
- £12.70 ph - £13.50 ph
- + Sleep in rate
Requirements Details:
- Previous residential childcare experience
