Hours: Full-Time/Part-Time/Shifts Available

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people? We\'re looking for dedicated and empathetic Children\'s Support Workers to join our team!

Responsibilities

In this rewarding role, you\'ll work directly with children and young people who may have:

  • Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
  • Mental health needs
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Your role will include:

  • Providing 1:1 or group support tailored to individual care plans
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Promoting independence, emotional well-being, and social development
  • Supporting with daily routines, personal care, and structured activities
  • Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies
Qualifications & Requirements
