A leading healthcare provider is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist two children with complex clinical needs in Birmingham. Support Worker
Pay rate: £13.00 - 13.50 (Monthly Pay)
Shift Pattern: 22:00 to 08:00, Monday to Sunday
We have a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with 2 children living in their family home in Birmingham. These individuals have complex clinical needs, a brain disorder, early developmental impairment, and Global Development Delay, but this does not define them. They have a great sense of humour and enjoy a wide range of hobbies.

What will your shift involve?
You will provide high-quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring the individuals receive compassionate, tailored support. Your responsibilities include engaging in meaningful activities, taking them out in the community to promote social interaction and well-being, and supporting household tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Clear and confident communication in their preferred manner is essential to build trust.
