Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognized social work qualification (BA/MA).
• Current Social Work England registration.
• Experience in child protection and safeguarding practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and families.
• Knowledge of relevant child welfare legislation and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and risks.
• Develop and implement child protection plans in line with safeguarding policies.
• Provide direct support to children and families, facilitating access to resources and services.
• Maintain accurate case records, in line with statutory requirements.
• Participate in multi-agency meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
