Caritas Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Children's Social Worker for Cheshire East Council in Macclesfield. The role focuses on Child in Need and Child Protection with a relationship-based approach, engaging with multi-agency partners to secure sustainable outcomes for children and families.

Ideal candidates will be SWE registered, have strong Children and Families experience, and be prepared for office-based work at Macclesfield Town Hall.

Formación

• Recognised Social Work qualification.
• Social Work England registration.
• Strong post-qualifying Children and Families experience.
• Experience of Child in Need and Child Protection.
• Confidence completing Child and Family Assessments.
• Strong safeguarding, assessment and risk management skills.
• Experience working effectively within multi-agency environments.
• Good organisational, communication and case management skills.
• A relationship-based approach to working with children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Child in Need and Child Protection caseloads.
• Conduct Child and Family Assessments.
• Engage in multi-agency safeguarding and intervention.
• Provide direct work with children and families and support court proceedings as required.
