Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Children’s Social Worker (Proficient) to provide social work services to children and families, focusing on safeguarding and welfare. The role involves child-centered practice, professional leadership, and teamwork to ensure positive outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and welfare of children, promote their health, development, and stability. Support children in long-term care, prioritize their needs, and collaborate with professionals and families to meet their needs and prepare for adulthood.

Key Duties:

  • Handle information about children and families following policies and data protection laws.
  • Conduct assessments, planning, reviews, and case management to high standards.
  • Follow legal and professional standards related to child welfare.
  • Make judgments about children’s needs, parenting, and environmental factors affecting welfare.

Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or equivalent, be registered with the relevant professional body, understand child welfare laws, and have experience in case management and advocacy.
