Qualifications

  • Qualified Social Worker with experience in pathway planning and reflective supervision.
  • Proficient in Liquid Logic and conducting risk assessments.

Responsibilities

Children’s Social Worker Fostering/CIC #0009FB391

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing regular and reflective supervision
  2. Participating in induction, including shadowing opportunities
  3. Attending monthly group supervision
  4. Working with supportive and accessible team managers and senior Personal Advisors
  5. Being part of an established team within a hub setting for care leavers, accessible Monday-Friday

Qualifications and experience required:

  1. Social Work qualification
  2. Experience with Pathway planning and review meetings
  3. Conducting keeping in touch visits and recording them
  4. Proficiency in Liquid Logic
  5. Full driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance
  6. Participation in reflective group supervision
  7. Ability to complete risk assessments and coordinate team efforts around a care leaver
  8. Supporting the team manager in progressing pathway planning for separated young people
  9. Openness to monthly case supervision involving reflection
