Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of children in need, child protection, and care proceedings
• Undertaking high-quality assessments and developing effective care plans
• Working closely with families and partner agencies to safeguard children and promote stability
• Attending case conferences, strategy meetings, and court when required
• Promoting strength-based, relationship-led practice
