Qualifications

• Recognised social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in children''s social work, particularly family support and intervention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with children and families.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's needs and family dynamics.
• Develop and implement tailored support plans with families and professionals.
• Monitor and review progress; adjust interventions as needed.
