Job Title:Children’s Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Team
Location:Wolverhampton
Rate:£30.57 per hour

A Children’s Social Worker is required to join Wolverhampton’s Children with Disabilities Team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Screening and assessing the needs of Disabled Children and Young People
  • Undertaking Children and Families Assessments, Single Assessments, and completing Reports on Disabled Children
  • Completing statutory visits, including outside of county limits, Pre-Birth Assessments
  • Developing Care Plans, some jointly with health colleagues and other multi-agency professionals
  • Completing CIN/CP plans and Court Statements
  • Managing a complex caseload under strict time-scales
