Job summary

Un fournisseur de services sociaux pour enfants recherche un Consultant pour gérer la transition d'un foyer résidentiel vers un nouveau site. Ce rôle à distance nécessite des compétences en gestion de projet et une connaissance des lois relatives aux services sociaux pour enfants. Le contrat est de 3 à 6 mois, avec un paiement sur une base journalier via une société à responsabilité limitée hors IR35.

Qualifications

• Expérience en gestion de transition vers un nouveau site.
• Expérience dans les relations avec les syndicats, avocats, services RH.
• Maitrise de la législation sociale pour enfants.

Responsibilities

• Gérer la transition d'un foyer résidentiel vers un nouveau site.
• Travailler aux côtés du CEO et rendre compte au Conseil des administrateurs.

Job Description:

Panoramic Associates is supporting a children's Social Care provider, who require a Consultant to support them with a transition project.

In this role you will be working alongside the CEO and reporting into the Board of Trustees's, to manage the transfer of a residential home to a new site.

Requirements:

• To have experience in, or an understanding of how to lead the transition to a new site
• Experience liaising with unions, lawyers, back office/HR
• Understanding of children's social care legislation

This role is full-time and remote, with visits to the sites where required. Contract length is 3-6 months initially. It is offered on a consultancy basis and therefore can be paid on a day rate via a Limited company (Outside IR35).
