Job summary

Holistic Support Services recherche un Waking Night Support Worker pour travailler 3 nuits par semaine dans leur service résidentiel enregistré par Ofsted à Southport. Ce rôle implique de veiller aux besoins d'un jeune durant la nuit, avec des horaires de 22h à 8h, et un bon niveau de formation et de soutien sera offert pour le bon candidat.

Qualifications

  • Expérience souhaitée avec des comportements difficiles.
  • Diplôme de niveau 3 avantageux, mais formation fournie.
  • Permis de conduire valide au Royaume-Uni est un plus.

Responsibilities

  • S'occuper des besoins de la jeune personne durant la nuit.
  • Effectuer des vérifications routinières sur la jeune personne.
  • Compléter des journaux et enregistrements avec une grande précision.

Job description

Holistic Support Services is looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to work 3 nights a week with one of our Young People within our Ofsted registered solo Children's Residential Service in Southport. The hours for this role are 10 pm - 8 am.

Duties include:
  • Tending to the Young person's needs throughout the night.
  • Routine nightly checks on the Young Person.
  • Completing relevant logs and records to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Experience in dealing with challenging behaviour or previous experience working with children and young people is desired but not essential.
  • Level 3 diploma is advantageous, yet we provide full training for the right candidate.
  • UK valid driving license is also advantageous, but not essential.
