Job Title: Residential Child Care Worker

Location(s): Central Herefordshire

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting Child Care Workers in the Herefordshire areas for a large number of children’s residential care homes to fulfil ongoing assignments for Days, Nights, and weekend duties.

As an RCW working for OneCall24, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Promoting an environment that encourages the patient to feel safe and comfortable.
2. Keeping up with patient’s personal hygiene and wellbeing.
3. Ensuring patients are properly fed and hydrated.
4. Communicating and supporting the patient’s relatives and carers.
5. Dealing with children in the home that have complex needs (behavioural, trauma, abuse).

To be considered for this role you will need:

1. A valid enhanced DBS.
2. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
3. 6 months experience in the last 2 years.
