Job description

Overview:

• We require resilient Support workers in our existing Ofsted registered Solo service in Southport, ideal candidates will work alongside our management team and must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential.
• We have full-time and bank hours available, experience is desirable but not essential.
• We offer competitive rates of pay and pay asleep in duties at £60.00 per night, per shift.

Duties include:

• Taking point on shift and leading by example.
• Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
• Training up new members of staff.
• Participating in on call rota and taking out of hours calls when required.
• Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
• Assisting with the support and ensuring the adults needs are always met.
• Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
