Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Children’s Residential Support Worker located in March. The Children’s Residential Support Worker will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, ensuring the safety and well-being of young people, and helping manage their daily activities. The role involves working closely with the young people to build trusting relationships, providing emotional and practical support, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Support Workers experience and knowledge of Safeguarding practices
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Technical Support proficiency
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience working with young people in care or vulnerable groups is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications in social work, care, or related fields
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs
