Esland is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker to provide nurturing care for children at Orchard Farm in Buxton. The role involves supporting young people through crisis intervention and therapeutic care, working in shifts that include sleep-ins, all aimed at achieving positive outcomes. Pay rate: £31,917 - £32,540 per annum (based on 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.90). Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.
Location: Buxton
Hours: 173 hours per month. The most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins (shifts may vary). Rotas are provided in advance. We operate a 365-day service due to the nature of our work.
